Please let us know if your plans change. Any cancellations or changes must be made by speaking to a staff member before close of business (5pm CST) on the day prior. No Shows and day of cancellations will be charged 100% of the price of the service missed.
Payment policy
We are currently accepting only credit card payments. You are more than welcome to leave cash gratuity, but we will be unable to make any change.
PARKING
Discounted parking is available at Premium Parking Lot P161 located at 749 Carondelet Street. When you arrive for your appointment, please contact us at 504.522.BUFF for a discount code. Three hour parking is $4. Alternatively, there are metered spots available directly in front of Buff. Street parking is free on Sundays.
